Jesus invites us into a radical reorientation of values that are contrary to what the pressures of the world try to form us into daily. In Jesus’ economy, the hungry are satisfied, the poor are rich, the sad find joy, and the rejected are honored, and woe to us who look for security in the wrong places.

Speakers

Mark Muha

Dr. Mark Muha is the Vice President for Student Development at Biola University. He joined the Biola community in 2023 after living in a number of other places, all much colder than Southern California. Mark has degrees in youth ministry, bible, management, and organizational leadership and development and has also successfully passed all of Biola's monthly HR training video quizzes for the past two years. Mark and Joy have a six year old daughter, Harper, and together as a family they enjoy biking, running, and exploring the National Parks around California.
