On February 19, 2016 I had my naivete shattered by a heart attack I suffered on Biola's campus. In the recovery process I had to face the ways I had learned to attempt to control and protect my world from the things I feared. What I am now finding is that we are called to a childlike naivete that leans on wisdom but ultimately trusts our health, our meaning, our future and the future of those we love to the will and kindness of the Father.
